Danny MacAskill became an overnight bicycle sensation after his roommate filmed an edited a video of him entitled Inspired Bicycles. Within a weekend the video had over 5 million views and the world's cycling community was introduced to MacAskill's skills. Lance Armstrong even tweeted about the video calling it "an absolute must watch".
In November of 2010 Way Back Home was released. In this video Danny returns to his home town of Dunvegan in the Isle of Skye. The video follows from Edinburgh to Dunvegan. By this time MacAskill's talents were well known in the cycling community. He'd picked up many new major sponsors but still managed to keep a level head and his priorities in line.
He's back again with another truly amazing video Industrial Revolutions which was filmed in an industrial train yard and some derelict buildings. The short film was filmed by Stu Thomson for Channel 4's Concrete Circus documentary.
As with all the other MacAskill movies it's set to another great soundtrack. This time it's Ben Howard's 'The Wolves'.
