Ski bum, surf bum, snowboard bum, and climbing bum. Those are pretty much the only sports that we can think of that become so much of a lifestyle that you put them above everything else in your life to the point that people refer to you as a 'bum'. All you think about are storm cycles, powder stashes, and early morning dawn patrols. While not everyone has had the opportunity to ski bum, that, or they were afraid they'd never be able to rejoin regular civilization after bumming, the fact remains that we've all wanted to do it.
